A remarkable coastal residence by Fergus Scott Architects, The Farm is a sophisticated private retreat set within approximately 50 acres of expansive coastal landscape near Gerroa, NSW.
Along a minimalist design philosophy, all technology was deliberately subordinated to the architecture rather than being visually dominant. This extended to all building services, including electrical and lighting infrastructure, which were discreetly serviced through subterranean tunnels located beneath the residence.
The Farm demonstrates SHS’s capability to work closely with all project stakeholders to deliver highly integrated technology solutions within architecturally significant residential environments, where performance, usability and design integrity are equally important.
