Smart Home Solutions will carry out a review and analysis of existing design documentation such as architectural drawings, engineering plans, electrical layouts, reflected ceiling plans and lighting design, and prepare an extensive and detailed design in accordance with the design brief.
The design package includes job specification, wiring schematics, circuit schedules and cable schedules, as well as extensive CAD drawings. These designs can then be used as part of the electrical tendering process — the detail and accuracy eliminates interpretation from prospective contractors, so tenders can be accurately compared and the project proceeds with a minimum of variations.
